SECURITY IS
EVERYONE'S CONCERN
Top three tips to reduce risk of break-ins
in the garage:
- Make sure the stairwell door closes securely
behind you when you enter/exit, and don't let in anyone you don't know. Make
sure access doors on all the corners are secure and have not been tampered
with.
- When driving into the underground, stop just
beyond the door and wait for it to close, see if there are any 'tailgaters'
behind you. When leaving, stop at the top and make sure no one walks down the
ramp.
- Do not leave anything in plain view inside the
vehicle, lock it in the trunk or better yet, take it with you.
