There are 2 condominium corporations that comprise Copperfield: MTCC 854 (Copperfield I) and MTCC *** (Copperfield II). Copperfield I is comprised of 70 units, bordering on Shaw Street, Adelaide Street West, Crawford Street and Shank Street. Copperfield II is directly east, extending to Massey Street.  See a map.

Copperfield townhouses are unique in the area because of their design - and their size. Built about twenty years ago, the complex has an unusual layout: red-brick townhouses surround four sides of a city block, and all units back onto a centre courtyard, complete with garden and trees. There is a large parking garage underneath the complex. There are a variety of different floorplans in the development, but the majority are of units are "stacked" - an upper unit above a lower unit.  The majority of units have 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.
